Shifting the Weight Loss Paradigm


If you’re the person who spends more time on the scale than in the gym, you need to reconsider how you view weight loss.  I know you want to lose weight, but what you actually want to lose is FAT!  Weighing yourself every chance you get won’t tell you much about FAT loss.  Fortunately, there is a simple way to track fat loss.

I dare you to ditch the scale for the rest of the summer, and measure your progress by how good you look naked. 

This may seem a bit radical, but you are genetically designed to impress when you undress.

You’ll make your ancestors proud, and even save money on AA batteries.
